Fourth of July Round-Up

To make things easier for you to find, here is a round up of recipes for your Independence Day celebration.

Main Course

Chicken Croquettes - How easy would these be to whip up for lunch while you're trying to get your dinner items together?

Baby Back Barbeque Ribs - Tender, moist, lip smacking good ribs everyone will remember.  Or just make a batch of the barbeque sauce for your favorite hamburgers or grilled chicken.

Grilled Salmon topped with Cilantro Cream Sauce - Simple, easy and if you're lucky, you'll get told you outdid yourself.

Sides/Salads

Macaroni Salad - No picnic is complete without macaroni salad, and this one is full of in season vegetables.

Tomato Peach Salad - Tangy, sweet, cool and yummy.  Serve this at your Fourth of July cookout and be prepared to hand out the recipe several times.  (Or smile nicely and say it's a family secret.)

Drinks

Simple Lemonade - Cool off with a refreshing glass of lemonade made with real lemon juice instead of that powdered stuff.

The Day After

Watermelon Shrimp Salad - You're tired, hot, and you have lots of leftovers.  What better way to avoid heating up the kitchen, make a fast meal, and use up some of that watermelon?  Serve with some crusty bread and a nice cold beer.
