Mother's Day is just around the corner, as is Cinco de Mayo, so it would stand to reason I'd do a round up of brunch ideas, easy meals dads can make, or Mexican inspired dishes. However, for me, potluck season is just around the corner too.
The Unitarian Universalist Church I attend does a potluck dinner once a month, but in the spring and summer, there are club picnics, get togethers with friends, and camping trips. This is the time of year to start thinking about new dishes to take to help feed a crowd or to start dusting off old ones. So here's a round up of my favorite recipes to take to a potluck.
